મધ્ય પ્રેદશના કટનીમાં કટાએ ઘાટ નદીમાં પાણીનું સ્તર સતત વધી રહ્યું છે. તેને ધ્યાનમાં રાખતા ઘાટનની બહાર બોર્ડ લગાવવામાં આવ્યું છે, જેના પર સ્પષ્ટ લખવામાં નહ્વા અને કપડા ધોવાની મનાઈ છે.

અમદવાદાથી 226 કિલોમીટર દૂર મોરબીમાં મચ્છૂ ડેમમાંથી પાણી છોડ્યા બાદ નદીઓ બે કાંઠે વહી રહી છે.

સમગ્ર દેશમાં વરસાદ અને પૂરને કારણે અત્યાર સુધી 76થી વધારે લોકોના મોત થયા છે.

અડધા ભારતમાં આકાશમાં આફતનો વરસાદ થઈ રહ્યો છે. ગુજરાત, મહારાષ્ટ્ર અને રાજસ્થાનના અનેક જિલ્લામાં વરસાદને કારણે પૂર જેવી સ્થિતિ છે.
